- Managed the entire gamut of activities pertaining to the portfolio for Automobile, Electronics, Agro and Trading operations.
- Established sales distribution channels in Mozambique and planned to start Boxer distribution in Zambia, Malawi & Mozambique within short span of time.
- Maintained seamless coordination with the corporate/ institutions and Government departments & managing major government bulk order for fertilizers, chemicals, tractors farm implements & spare parts.
- Improved revenue and pipeline growth through strategic sales solutions, analytics and channel partner alliances.
- Bestowed "Top Sales Leader of the Year" (global) in 2016 with $16 MILL net team sales achievement in METL.
- Acknowledged “Best Employer of the year Award” in 2018 by ATE – Govt. of Tanzania for excellent contribution in Agric sector.
- Received $ 16 mill in a couple of years for Agro Vertical in METL – fertilizers/trading/tractors/farm implements and pesticides.
- Initiated new venture of Automobile 2 wheelers Boxer distribution PAN Tanzania when brand was out of market for 6 months.
- Increased market share of boxer from 19% to 32% with turnover of $30 mill with net realization of $ 2 mill in 1st year operation.
- Involved in turning around Electronics Business LG/MO Electro Distribution portfolio in 6 months with a turnover of $ 3M with net realization of $ 0.5 M.
- Identified and evaluated new growth sectors, including International business expansion; interacted with venture capitalists & strategic investors- Idemitsu Japan for funding
- Developed the strategy and roadmap for organization’s International expansion; conceptualized and developed new business strategies which led to an increase in business worth $50 mill & expecting $ 100 mill in coming years.
